Personalized trip planning for families of all kinds, from first vacations and milestone trips to multi-generational getaways. With specialized expertise in sensory-friendly travel for families with neurodivergent kids.
Itineraries built around real family rhythms, ages, and energy levels.
No templates. Every trip designed from scratch around who's going.
Specialized planning for neurodivergent kids when you need it.
I'm with you before, during, and after, ready when things shift.
I work with all kinds of families, but planning for families with autistic kids or other sensory needs is where I bring deepest expertise. The standard travel template often doesn't fit, and getting it right takes specialist knowledge.
For families who need it, here's what's built into every sensory-friendly trip:
I plan all types of family travel, from honeymoons that include the kids to bucket-list trips and everything in between. Each itinerary is built around who's going and what matters to them.
Beach getaways, theme parks, cruises, road trips, international adventures. Every family configuration, every age, every travel style.
Trips that genuinely work across three (or four) generations, with something for every age and energy level.
A first family vacation, a milestone birthday, a long-awaited Disney trip. Trips that matter, planned with care.
Specialized planning for families with autistic kids, ADHD, or other sensory needs. Pre-trip prep, vetted properties, built-in flex time.
Because parents need trips too. Couples getaways, girls' trips, milestone birthdays, and anniversaries done right.

Start a ConversationA travel advisor based in Seattle, a mom of two, and the person friends and family have always come to when they're trying to figure out where to go next.
I plan family travel of every kind, with specialized expertise in sensory-friendly trips for families with neurodivergent kids.
My love of travel and hospitality started early. I minored in hospitality in college and spent years working in hotels and customer service, learning what it actually takes to make someone feel welcomed, looked after, and at ease in an unfamiliar place. Those years shaped how I think about every trip I plan: the details matter, the small kindnesses matter, and the difference between a good vacation and a great one is almost always in the preparation.
I went on to spend years in advertising technology, which sounds unrelated but turned out to be a perfect complement. Ad tech is, at its core, about understanding people, what they need, what they respond to, and how to deliver something tailored to them. Pair that with a hospitality mindset, and you get the kind of planning I do now: thoughtful, personal, and built around the family in front of me.
For years, I planned trips the way most parents do, focused on logistics, fun, and making sure everyone came home happy. That changed when my son was diagnosed with autism at two. Suddenly I was thinking about things I'd never considered before: noise levels in hotel hallways, what airport security looks like through his eyes, how to build a day that includes both adventure and the downtime he needs to feel regulated. I dove into learning everything I could, and what I discovered is that planning travel for an autistic child takes specialized knowledge that most travel advisors simply don't have.
So I built that knowledge into my practice. Today, most of my clients are planning regular family vacations: beach trips, theme parks, multi-generational getaways, milestone celebrations. Some are planning sensory-friendly trips that take a little extra care. Either way, my work is the same: I listen, I ask questions other advisors don't think to ask, and I design something that fits.
I partner with Fora, which gives me access to the world's leading hotels and suppliers, complimentary perks for my clients, and a network of advisors I learn from every day.
When I'm not planning trips for clients, I'm usually planning ours.
Independent advisor backed by Fora's luxury supplier network, training, and global community of advisors.
A hospitality minor and years working in hotels and customer service, plus a career in advertising technology that sharpened the listen-first, build-for-the-person mindset.

Book a Discovery CallPlanning a trip with a sensory-aware lens takes time, conversation, and a willingness to ask the right questions. Here's how we'll work together.
A relaxed 30-minute conversation about your family, your child's needs, what's worked before, and what hasn't.
A tailored itinerary with hotels, flights, and activities chosen with sensory and routine considerations in mind.
We adjust together until it feels right. I handle all bookings and request accommodations directly with suppliers.
Social stories, visual schedules, packing checklists, and any prep materials your child needs to feel ready.
Not at all. I work with all kinds of families. The sensory-friendly lens is my specialty, but every family benefits from thoughtful pacing and itineraries that fit who's traveling. Whether your child has a formal diagnosis, suspected differences, or simply needs travel done a certain way, you're welcome here.
For most trip planning, my services are free to you. I'm compensated by hotels and travel suppliers when you book through me, often with added perks like upgrades, breakfast, and resort credits at no extra cost. For very complex custom itineraries, I may charge a planning fee, which I'll always discuss upfront.
In many cases, yes, with the right preparation. Disney offers the Disability Access Service (DAS), and I can help you understand what to expect, plan low-stimulation days, choose the right park hotels, time visits to avoid peak crowds, and prepare your child with social stories. If Disney isn't right for your family, I'll tell you that too, and suggest alternatives.
It depends entirely on your child and family, but a few categories consistently work well: all-inclusive resorts with quiet bays and predictable routines, IBCCES Certified Autism Destinations (like Mesa, AZ; Visalia, CA; and many resort properties), cruises with private balconies and consistent environments, and quieter beach towns over busy theme park areas. We'll find what fits.
I'm available throughout your travel. If a flight is delayed, a restaurant is too loud, an activity isn't working, or you need a last-minute room change because of noise, you message me and I'll handle it. You don't have to figure it out alone.
For sensory-friendly trips, I recommend at least 3 months out, and ideally 6 months for international travel or peak-season destinations. That gives us time to vet properties carefully, prepare your child, and adjust as needed. That said, I can absolutely help with shorter timelines, just reach out and we'll see what's possible.
The more I know, the better I can plan. Share what feels useful, no detail is too small, and I'll be in touch within one business day.
Everything you share here stays between us. If there's anything about your child or family you'd rather discuss on a call, just say so. We can keep this form simple.
